All orders will be processed the next business day. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We are not responsible for any delays or costs associated with customs, natural occurrences, fees, duty tax or back-end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

Due to the current ‘health and hygiene’ regulations we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of Glowlia products unless the goods are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

If your product has arrived damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us via hello@glowlia.com within 14 days from receiving the package to arrange an exchange. Please include your order number, and photos of the damage product/s in your email. Our team will be able to assist you during our opening hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that if you don’t get in touch with us regarding the damaged or faulty product within 14 days of receiving your order, the resolution period will expire, and we can no longer assist.

SKINCARE

All of our product ingredients are listed on the website. Please ensure that you read each product carefully before use.

We always recommend that you complete a spot test of our products before use. To complete the spot test, apply the product on your inner wrist and wait 24-48 hours to check for any skin sensitivity. If no sensitivity, the product is safe to use.

Do not use our products intentionally or near your eyes, unless the product is designed to be used around the eyes.

Store your Glowlia products within a cool, dark place and don’t use past the products’ shelf life.

Immediately stop using if you have an adverse reaction (such as a rash, stinging, redness, itching or hives).

All of our products are natural and organic. However, we always advise all of our customers to first consult their GP to address your individual needs during pregnancy and lactating.

Results vary for each individual as everyone’s skin is different with their own unique requirements. On average, a person’s skin cycle is 5 - 6 weeks; during this time the epidermis (cells) of the skin turnover and new, fresh skin cells flourishing to the surface.

Therefore if you use our skincare products correctly and consistently, you should be able to see noticeable changes in about two months. It is important to note that everyone’s skin differs and therefore results will vary.

Absolutely! Our products are designed for mothers and mother-to-be, but they can also benefit men.
